My first restaurant, a “Cerveceria” in Alicante, Spain. I opened it with my father, Alfredo in 2003.

We were the “Cheers” of Alicante where everyone would meet up after work for a Cana, tapas, paella and watch the futbol matches.

My second restaurant, built 100% from sweat equity. Victoria and I gathered driftwood to build the entire bar. We started with four tables and sold with 16. Our kitchen was an old golf cart garage.
